Client Tutoring Service Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered:

• iSabelo Tutoring Service provides personalized tutoring services to assist clients in achieving their academic goals.

• Tutoring services may include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, online tutoring, and other educational activities as agreed upon.

2. Scheduling and Sessions:

• iSabelo Tutoring Service will schedule sessions on Client and Tutor availability.

• Any changes to scheduled sessions must be communicated to the tutoring service with reasonable notice.

3. Fees and Payments:

• Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the selected tutoring services.

• Payment terms and methods will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

• All Payments must be paid a week in advance.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation and rescheduling policies of the tutoring service.

• Any missed or canceled sessions without sufficient notice may result in charges.

5. Academic Progress and Reporting:

• Clients acknowledge that tutoring is a collaborative effort, and student progress depends on participation and effort.

• Tutors will provide regular progress reports to clients and the tutoring service, detailing achievements and areas for improvement.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Clients shall treat tutors and tutoring staff with respect and professionalism.

• Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy:

• Clients acknowledge and agree to maintain the confidentiality of any information shared during tutoring sessions.

• The tutoring service will maintain the privacy and security of clients' personal information.

8. Liability and Indemnification:

• Clients understand that iSabelo Tutoring Service and its governing body is not responsible for any outcomes or results of tutoring services.

• Clients may not hold the tutoring service or its governing body liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from their engagement with the tutor.

9. Termination of Services:

• Clients may terminate tutoring services with reasonable notice. Please see our polices.

• The tutoring service reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the South African laws.

11. Amendments and Updates:

• iSabelo Development Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as needed.
